Since the properties of cast steel directly influence the calculable component resistance, a quality of execution must be established during the design and planning phase. However, there is currently no basis for decision-making regarding the selection of a quality level depending on the load requirements. Therefore, this work develops two design concepts for the proof of load-bearing capacity of cast steel components based on the quality level.
