Herbert Viktor Speer (1902-1981) is a pioneer in the field of UFO contacts and was the first person to introduce Ashtar's full name function ("Ashtar" + "Sheran") to the world. In 1952, an independent working group was formed in Berlin under his leadership to actively engage in the research of the afterlife. The Medial Peace Circle Berlin was established. The information partners on the spiritual side were the Light Messengers, specially trained and authorized teachers for humanity. The high level of the received messages speaks for itself. As the earthly circle leader, Speer was responsible for the monthly thematic publications from 1956 to 1975, making these messages accessible to the world. In this context, he also channeled the probably most famous image of the Galactic Master Ashtar Sheran in 1959. His research work included a total of 231 issues of the magazine "Mene Tekel" spanning around 4,900 pages, along with an additional 23 brochures totaling approximately 1,700 pages. The distribution was not limited to the German-speaking area; translations followed in six languages, including English. In 1981, Speer returned to his spiritual home and only now allowed the publication of his autobiography "The Great Encounter," which he had written in 1955, through a medial channel. In the spiritual realm, he is known by his order name Amendon.
