The commentary addresses the newly restructured energy law shaped by the legislation of 2016 and the European energy legal framework in many respects. Given the increased complexity of energy law, the extensive material can only be adequately managed with the help of a six-volume comprehensive commentary, providing the user with a complete, precise, and reliable overview of current legal issues based on administrative practices, case law, and literature.
