Consequently, an anonymous employee survey and a risk assessment were conducted as a supplement, and the absenteeism statistics were analyzed. A total of 107 employees in logistics participated in the survey. The response rate for the questionnaires was 81% (N= 87). The risk assessment was carried out at all workplaces in the department. The results of the analyses provide information about the operational and health-related starting situation in the company, which is described in the following sections.
