In the Bhagavad Gita, which was written down as part of the great Indian epic Mahabharata around the fourth century BC, Krishna, the charioteer, describes the same path to salvation that Christ points out. Behind both paths lies the same force. Both demand complete devotion to the Christ light or, as it is stated in the Bhagavad Gita, to the charioteer Krishna: "But whoever completely surrenders to me in love and loves me alone recognizes me in this way. He, truly, can see me in truth; it is my sight that makes him immortal." For those who entrust themselves to this light without reservations, the present time, the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, holds great changes in store. For the new forces work positively in such individuals, granting them the opportunity for a new consciousness of unity with all that lives.
