A group, congregation, or class discovers the stories of the Bible and interprets them by putting themselves in the shoes of biblical figures and responding to questions that the text leaves open. The first volume introduces the basic forms that can be conducted in a short time with groups of any size, while the second volume presents the advanced forms that allow for a more intensive engagement with the biblical text. Volume 1 also outlines the background of Bibliolog and its implications for interacting with the biblical text, as well as the role of individuals as interpreters of the Bible, while Volume 2 reflects on the spirituality of Bibliolog and describes further possibilities for its application.
