Although (ex)Yugoslavia has faded from public view following the end of the Kosovo War and the overthrow of Milosevic, and the debates of the 1990s have largely been forgotten, research on Yugoslavia is experiencing a real boom. Never before have so many extensive documents been accessible as they are today. The exploration and evaluation of this material remains a task for the century.
