Product details
Charles Darwin, born in 1809 in Shrewsbury, England, studied medicine and theology among other subjects; however, his true interests lay in geology and biology. In 1831, he embarked on a world voyage from Plymouth, which set the course for the rest of his life and work. Charles Darwin passed away in 1882. His works are still regarded as milestones in sociology and cultural studies. This book presents Darwin's theses on the origin of humanity: he posited that all aspects of human behavior, particularly moral and intellectual abilities, are not innate but develop over a long period. Furthermore, he proposed a multi-stage system, suggesting that each civilization goes through each of these stages during its development.
