What can we do to be happy together more often? This is the question that couples are grappling with as they want to actively and consciously tackle their love project anew. Experienced couple therapist and theologian Matthias Hipler has developed an engaging, competent, and creative workshop for couples titled "Forever? Yes!" which aims to strengthen partnership and mutual understanding, improve communication, enhance the joy of being together, and resolve existing conflicts. The workshop consists of ten sessions that address topics such as communication, conflict management, sexuality, needs, and spirituality. A special focus is placed on presenting typical male and female perspectives, which allow for a more understanding view of one’s partner. Examples from counseling practice and do-it-yourself tips help to gain insights.
