The dictionary includes around 50,000 entries and contains the vocabulary of modern Persian. It particularly takes into account the numerous new words and technical terms created by the Persian Language Academy in recent years, covering areas such as natural sciences, humanities, and political and social life, which are not found in previous dictionaries. Many entries also include word combinations, example sentences, and idioms. All entries are presented in both Persian script and transliteration, allowing non-Persian speakers to see the correct vocalization and pronunciation of the words. For all verbs, both the infinitive form and the present stem are consistently provided. Thus, the dictionary serves as an indispensable tool for anyone interested in the Persian language.
