Concept
After an introduction to the Estonian language, including the alphabet and pronunciation, there are 20 lessons that present the material in 5 learning steps each: useful expressions and phrases, reading passages, new vocabulary, detailed grammar explanations, and varied exercises. The lessons, which also include interesting cultural information, are supplemented in the appendix by a grammar glossary, translations of the reading passages, an Estonian-German vocabulary list, and the answer key. The accompanying audio CD features pronunciation and listening exercises as well as all reading passages.
