The completely newly developed continuation volume is presented as a proven and well-established course for modern Persian instruction. Learning objectives: Communicative competence for everyday (professional) life; level B2 (speaking, writing, listening comprehension) or C1 (text comprehension) of the European Reference Framework. Concept: The book assumes basic knowledge in all areas of grammar and builds on the vocabulary taught in Volume 1. Unlike Volume 1, the focus is on working with original texts; texts specifically written by the textbook authors are increasingly supplemented or replaced by original texts of various genres. Newspaper articles, encyclopedia entries, internet sources, advertisements, forms, modern literature, radio contributions, etc., are used. To also introduce students to the important handling of classical texts, further materials are included.
