What comes after humans? In Donna Haraway's books, there is a multitude of cyborgs, primates, dogs, and pigeons. The boundary between human and machine, as well as between human and animal, blurs. In her new major work, the feminist theorist declares the age of the Chthulucene, which does not, like the Anthropocene, place humans at the center of thought and history, but rather the lives of other species and creatures, whether they are octopuses, corals, or spiders. And not only that: new relationships are to emerge, transcending notions of biological kinship. In this context, Haraway also addresses climate change.
