Matt Haig is not only a bestselling author for adults but has also won the Blue Peter Book Award and the Smarties Book Prize. The idea for the Christmas series came about when his son asked what Santa Claus was like as a boy.
Chris Mould went to art school at the age of sixteen. He has won the Nottingham Children's Book Award and has been recognized at the Sheffield Children's Book Award. He loves his work and enjoys writing and illustrating the kind of books he wished for as a boy. He is married, has two children, and lives in Yorkshire.
