Smoking cessation is one of the first areas where hypnosis has been scientifically recognized as a supportive therapeutic method. At the same time, this field is crowded with many providers of questionable training. The interventions presented in this book are based on the so-called Tübingen Program for smoking cessation, which the author Cornelie Schweizer co-developed at the local university. They cover all phases chronologically, from the beginning of therapy to the end of treatment. All interventions are structured according to the same scheme: a brief presentation of the technique, duration, indications, contraindications, verbatim trance induction, possible difficulties, and additional application fields.
