Case management in social work is not a new concept in this country. This method has been researched and implemented in practice for some time now, but there is a lack of uniform standards. There is even disagreement over the terminology. In working with people with disabilities, there are currently only a few experiences to draw from. Consequently, there is also little literature on this topic. This study attempts to provide readers with an informative overview of the current state of affairs. To this end, it presents various practical examples and tools for case management. To meet the high demands that working with disabled individuals places on practitioners, it is essential to internalize the concept of empowerment and integrate it into daily work.
