The present commentary by Burkhard Brunn on Charlotte Posenenske's manifesto from 1968 serves to further understand her art. It forms a unit with Renate Wiehager's book "Charlotte Posenenske," which particularly addresses the objects, as well as the volume "Charlotte Posenenske The Early Works," which includes an essay by Philipp Kaiser on the painting of the minimalist conceptual artist. The three volumes provide a foundation for further considerations; experts such as Daniel Marzona, Jörg Daur, Astrid Wege, and Stefanie Bräuer have contributed texts. Brunn draws his expertise from his collaboration with the artist as well as from the many posthumous exhibitions he has organized as the administrator of her estate.
