However, in our interactions with our own children, it can be difficult to engage in formal mindfulness and meditation practices; often, we don't even have enough time to sleep. Nevertheless, daily life with children can become a path for practice: every successful encounter with children requires us adults to mindfully open ourselves to the moment, thus providing an opportunity to informally practice mindfulness: doing nothing, knowing nothing, judging nothing - learning to love!
