The complexity of the individual projects increases from project to project, allowing the title to be used throughout the entire training period and to prepare for the interim and final examinations. Accordingly, the title is divided into the following areas:

• Basic Skills: Key topics include design fundamentals, typography, photography and photo editing, media design, and preparation of print data as well as data handling.
• Preparation for the Interim Examination: The scope and time required for these exercises are aligned with the interim examinations.
• Advanced Skills: Preparation for concepts, presentations, and complex tasks. Key topics include media-appropriate elaborations, media production, design concepts, and layout.
