Product details
The twelfth volume of the publication series on the Novartis Campus in Basel is dedicated to the laboratory building designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando (*1941). Prominently located at the end of the important main axis, the building completes the campus to the north. Ando, who describes himself as an architectural autodidact, received the Pritzker Prize in 1995 for his numerous buildings located worldwide. His first building outside Japan was realized in 1993 in Weil am Rhein with the conference pavilion for Vitra.
