Is God always the one who gives, and is man the one who receives, or are there forms of reciprocity? And what role do other people play in the giving between God and man? The book invites readers to reflect on these questions. It offers new approaches and impulses and is aimed at people (with or without theological studies) who want to better understand their faith in a thoughtful way in order to live it more fully. Therefore, it largely refrains from presenting scientific debates, extensive literature references, and similar content.
