Yuzu and Mei have been together since the class trip, but to Yuzu's dismay, they haven't even kissed yet. As the student council president, Mei, however, has other things on her mind: she firmly reminds Yuzu to finally adhere to the school rules to set an example for the newcomers. Even though it's a tough step for her, Yuzu dyes her hair back to its original color. But then a new student named Nene appears, who reveals herself to be a fan of Yuzu and, like her idol did in the past, bleaches her hair blonde. This, of course, becomes a thorn in the side of the student council. Is Nene already facing expulsion from school?.
