"Freiräume" is the title of the new textbook series for Protestant religious education at secondary schools in Bavaria. It is a genuine secondary school textbook, original and tailored to its target audience, consistently aligned with the new LehrplanPLUS for Bavaria, reviewed by students and teachers. "Freiräume" supports self-directed learning, allows students to pause and change perspectives consciously. The series invites experimentation, encourages questioning, searching, and researching, and fosters the ability for independent orientation and evaluation. It is clear and contemporary. The book is currently in the approval phase. Teacher materials for the book are in preparation.
