The historically critical edition of Lohenstein, which is currently in the process of being created, is already being celebrated in advance as an editorial achievement. A small such achievement is also undertaken by Baroque specialist Volker Meid, who renews the old individual edition of one of the most important Baroque dramas in the Universal Library after over 40 years and brings it up to the current state of research.
