Sawako finally finds the courage to confess her feelings to Kazehaya, even though she assumes he only sees her as a good friend. She is all the more astonished when he reciprocates her love. However, her surprise is nothing compared to the shock of her classmates when Kazehaya admits in front of everyone that he is in love with her. But no one can really believe it, and to prevent any gossip, he also states that he and Sawako are now a couple. Sawako can hardly grasp her happiness, and so Kazehaya and she have to keep reminding themselves that this is not a dream.
