The DW 2040 wood adhesive from Collano is a ready-to-use PVAc dispersion glue specifically designed for wood joints. It offers high moisture resistance according to D3 as per EN 204 and can even be used for D4 applications in combination with the Collano hardener HR 910. This versatile adhesive is ideal for bonding windows and doors, as well as for lamella and finger joint connections in non-load-bearing areas. Additionally, it is suitable for partition wall and element manufacturing, as well as for general wood joints and laminate bonding in interior construction. The DW 2040 can also be used to bond bare and brushed aluminum sheets, chrome steel, and stainless metals to particle boards. It is suitable for outdoor use as long as the joints are protected from direct weather exposure and is also compatible with high-frequency bonding.
