Information about the series edition: The proven basic concept of Doppel-Klick has been expanded and differentiated for heterogeneous learning groups, with the aim of supporting preparation for the intermediate school certificate, connection to high school, and trainability. Differentiation is facilitated through transparent differentiation at two levels. Additional materials are available for inclusive teaching.

The principles include a clear progression in acquiring competencies, integrative and systematic learning, as well as intercultural and interdisciplinary learning. There is consistent methodological training and rigorous reading promotion, complemented by self-assessment and a German-as-a-major-language methodology.

The structure is transparent and includes thematic chapters with two main competency areas and training units. It covers genres, authors, and media, and includes training on work techniques, spelling, and grammar. Workbooks with solutions and a CD-ROM are available in two versions: the Basic Workbook for fundamental requirements and the Workbook for advanced work.
