Information about the series: Pluspunkt Deutsch - Life in Germany is tailored for learners with a migration background in the integration courses funded by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. The practical everyday topics and differentiated learning offers are connected to the realities of life for migrants. The teaching material focuses on areas such as visiting authorities, searching for housing and jobs, as well as family. Learners practice important phrases and grammatical structures to gain linguistic confidence. The teaching material consists of three main volumes or six partial volumes. Each main volume can be worked through in 160 to 200 teaching units. In line with the new framework curriculum of 2017, some components of the teaching material have been supplemented with new content in a second edition, including the areas of work and job searching.
