Product details

Due to the constant changes in the corporate environment and the increasing demand from employees to follow various trends, a much higher level of flexibility is now necessary within a company. This demand is also placed on Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM). This study shows that the need for flexibility primarily lies in space and service provision. Through an extensive analysis, a range of potential actions is revealed, based on the aspects of the FEE principle (Flexibility, Efficiency, and Effectiveness) developed by the author. The combination leads to the recommendation of a comprehensive office space lease along with the service engagement of a system provider. This lays the foundation for a tailored, standardized, and yet flexible service solution, as well as for high customer satisfaction.
