About the Work

Due to the new customs law that has been applicable since May 1, 2016, legal practitioners in companies, authorities, courts, and legal consulting must work with an entirely new set of regulations. The subject is already complex and is further complicated by the fact that the regulations are divided into four legal acts: UZK, IA, DA, and TDA. Additionally, there are numerous other provisions to consider in export control and trade policy instruments. These are not yet published in their entirety (European standards, national standards, administrative regulations, and communications/guidelines from authorities). This gap is filled by the Beck text edition on customs and foreign trade law.
