Product details

Daniel Libeskind is one of the most successful architects of postmodern deconstructivism. His architecture uniquely combines content and form. Involved internationally in extraordinary projects such as the construction of the memorial at New York's Ground Zero, he has also created several unique buildings in Germany. Whether it’s the Libeskind Villa in Datteln, the Felix Nussbaum House in Osnabrück, or the Kö-Bogen in Düsseldorf, Libeskind's buildings impress with their unusual designs. The most significant works of the American architect in Germany include the Jewish Museum Berlin and the Military History Museum in Dresden. Art historian and architecture expert Dr. Arnt Cobbers focuses on Libeskind's life journey in his text-image volume about the architect's work in Germany.
