Product details
The Arbitration Act 2012 resulted in a shortening of the appeal process in annulment proceedings of arbitration awards. The single-instance appeal process is presented and examined. An overview is provided of the proceedings in which the Supreme Court is the sole and final instance. Furthermore, annulment proceedings in Germany and Switzerland are discussed. This is followed by a brief overview of the costs associated with arbitration and annulment proceedings. Finally, an overview of the specialized senate established as part of the Arbitration Act 2012 is provided.
