Sonja misses Uncle Fred - she remembers the afternoons they spent together in the park and the evenings at home on the sofa. Sonja now often visits him at the cemetery, where she befriends Martin, the gardener. Finally, Uncle Fred gets a gravestone. When Sonja touches the stone, she makes a discovery: with her fingertips, she reads the name on the stone. With Martin's help, she soon feels her way from stone to stone.
