The term "divorce will" refers to testamentary arrangements in the literature that a divorced testator uses to ensure that their former spouse receives nothing or as little as possible from their estate. The tasks of this work include, for example, demonstrating to a divorced testator the options available to prevent their former spouse from participating in their inheritance. Initially, it will be explained what steps need to be taken to prevent the direct inheritance of the divorced spouse after the testator's death. Additionally, it will be shown what options exist to prevent the indirect participation of a child shared with the divorced spouse in the estate through inheritance or compulsory share rights.
