The insolvency manual provides detailed guidance on the measures to be taken in their interest. Labor law, insolvency law, and social law, including regulations on insolvency benefits, must be considered. The 5th edition of this proven manual includes explanations of the law on the stabilization and restructuring framework for companies (StaRUG). The manual provides the current foundations for advising and representing employees and stakeholders in court and out of court. The editors are: Andrej Wroblewski, a lawyer at the board of IG Metall in Frankfurt/Main, responsible for insolvency and insolvency benefit law, and a volunteer judge at the Federal Labor Court; Dr. Wolfgang Däubler, a professor of German and European labor law, civil and commercial law at the University of Bremen.
