The little ghost goes to school - this makes learning to read really fun! Generations of children have grown up with Otfried Preussler's little ghost and have formed lifelong friendships with it. The introduction to school reading materials, which many children are already familiar with from being read to at home, is particularly easy. And even easier, because the books for school editions have been specially typeset in the script that they will learn to read (the so-called "Fibelschrift"). Björn Bauch, the author and editor of the accompanying materials, is an expert in the field. Working in elementary education himself, he knows what matters. He provides his colleagues with valuable tips, suggestions, and photocopiable templates that he has tested in his own teaching for third and fourth grades. For ages 6 and up, a little ghost has been living in Eulenstein Castle since ancient times. It is completely harmless and does no harm to a fly - unless it gets annoyed. During the day, it sleeps in a trunk. But at night, when the town hall clock strikes the witching hour, it awakens. As if by magic, the heavy trunk lid opens and out floats the little ghost - off to new adventures!.
