"Das Komplott" is Will Eisner's last book and his heart's project.

It focuses on the so-called Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion, which has a long history as an anti-Semitic inflammatory pamphlet, dating back to the end of the 19th century and reporting on a supposed world domination by the Jews. Eisner uses a documentary narrative style to show how the forged Protocols were passed down and how these documents were used to persecute the Jews.
