The presented work provides the first scientific contribution to the empirical validation of the model-theoretical structures of the Model of Modern Organizational Development (MOEW), which was first postulated at the Harz University in 2001. The research findings not only represent an important step towards establishing this promising model in academia and research, but they also lay the foundation for a continuous research concretization and development process of the model that serves business practice, which can facilitate the professionalization of the design and implementation of organizational change processes.
