Delicious Orient! Ulrike Plessow presents us with the recipes of her cosmopolitan family in this very personal book. Her husband Özgur Tatlici grew up in Berlin and Antakya, a special city in southeastern Turkey with a predominantly Arab population, alongside his parents and sister. His maternal grandparents owned a bakery, while his paternal grandparents were confectioners who sold their pastries on the streets of Antakya.
