The revised first volume of the work systematically introduces the calculation methods for electrical networks as well as electrical and magnetic fields. The second volume addresses alternating current, locus curves, three-phase current, nonsinusoidal periodic quantities, and switching processes. The work optimally combines theory and practice: examples from engineering practice illustrate the fundamentals of electrical engineering based on real applications.
