Andrea Chlopczik follows the practical traces of Theory U by Claus Otto Scharmer. In an exploratory approach, she examines in the empirical part the observations of experienced coaches and organizational consultants regarding the conditions and effects of pivotal points in change processes. Theory U is presented in two functions: as an explanatory model and as a guideline for intervention planning. The author demonstrates how following the steps of the U-process can create conducive conditions for creative learning in both individual and organizational development processes.
