Author's Text
Before her career as an author, Bärbel Mohr (July 5, 1964 - October 29, 2010) worked as a freelance photographer, editor, and graphic designer. In 1995, she began writing for a magazine as a hobby. She initially distributed "Orders to the Universe" as a handwritten copy to friends and acquaintances before it was published as a book and became a bestseller.
In addition to her numerous self-help books, she also published works on topics such as alternative energy sources, healing approaches, economic models, educational methods, and paranormal phenomena. She traveled to Bangladesh to meet Muhammad Yunus, the founder of the Grameen Bank for the Poor, long before he received the Nobel Peace Prize, interviewed millionaires to decipher their success formulas, recognized crises as opportunities, and explored whether it is possible to be unemployed and still happy.
She appeared on talk shows, conducted seminars both domestically and internationally, wrote children's books, novels, and screenplays, and produced videos and audiobooks. Her books have been translated into 20 languages and sold around 2 million copies worldwide. "Orders to the Universe" was even published in the People's Republic of China.

Blurb
"Orders to the Universe" wrapped in a touching and exciting story: Accompanied by little Karla, we learn from her wish-granting angel why some wishes come true and others do not, how to recognize true heartfelt desires, and what role obstacles and challenges play in the fulfillment of wishes.
