Product details

Françoise Armengaud has taught philosophy of language and aesthetics at the University of Paris X-Nanterre. She is the author of an introduction to pragmatic philosophy and, with the active support of her cats, writes picture books and poems for children. Annabelle Buxton was born in 1986 in Basingstoke, an English town that really exists. At the École Estienne in Paris, she learned how to sharpen pencils, and everything else at the École supérieure des Arts décoratifs in Strasbourg. Today, she has her office in a suburb of Paris, where her crazy characters, animal mutants, and cloud castles rise up against her from the drawing board. Her illustrations can be found in newspapers, comic magazines, and also in advertising.
