The promotion of action competence among students in vocational schools requires a new curricular approach, in which the learning situations of the learning fields are integrated with the cross-disciplinary subjects within a training program or school type, and supplemented with interdisciplinary competencies. This book presents various documentation options for a didactic annual planning and illustrates ways to specify the area of interdisciplinary competencies as learning and working techniques, as well as personal competencies, within a didactic annual plan. The essential contents of each chapter are summarized in a PowerPoint presentation and provided on a CD for direct use in schools, e.g., during team meetings or internal training sessions.
