When Captain Blake tries to meet his friend Mortimer in Tokyo, he discovers that Mortimer has vanished without a trace. After narrowly escaping an assassination attempt himself, Blake is relieved when Mortimer unexpectedly visits him one evening in his hotel room. However, the encounter between the two friends suddenly takes an unexpectedly dramatic turn.
