Due to doubts about the application of historical management theories in today's world, this study examines how some of these theories are utilized in the BANI world to observe whether any of the historical management theories find relevance in this context. To this end, it is necessary to describe some of the key management theories, discuss the changes from the VUCA to the BANI world, and investigate how some of these theories operate in the present day. Subsequently, a literature review and field research will be conducted. In light of this, it is determined that the overall objective has been achieved and the research question answered, as it has been established that some of the theories are present in the BANI world, while some relate to all aspects of the past that are practiced today, and others only to certain characteristics. This leads to the conclusion that despite the achieved objectives and the answered research question, it is recommended for future research to conduct field studies with a larger number of participants and a broader population.
