As part of this research work, the role of tourism and its contribution to the economy in the Saint-Louis region was examined. Tourism represents an economic opportunity for local communities. It is an activity that creates many jobs and thus has a significant impact on the city's economy. Our research addresses the effects of tourism in its involvement in local development. It highlights the economic impacts of tourism in terms of job creation, as well as its relationship with other economic sectors in the Saint-Louis region.
