The aim of this paper is to present the conditions for ordinary and extraordinary termination of an employee from the employer's perspective and to address the challenges that arise in practice regarding suspicion-based and change terminations. For a complete overview, some scenarios from the employee's perspective are also described, although the focus of this paper is on the employer's viewpoint. Furthermore, the paper outlines the ways in which an employment contract can end without termination, with particular emphasis on the termination agreement. The work is divided into four chapters. After the introduction, the relevant topics are addressed in sequence.
