The topic of career orientation is becoming increasingly urgent not only in light of the shortage of skilled workers but has also gained significant public interest due to the growing integration challenges faced by young people in a changing society. This work analyzes the complex support system that assists young people in their transition from school to work. The individual entities are examined not only in terms of their tasks and successes, but the focus is also on a multiperspective approach that addresses all stakeholders regarding the perception and management of a collective public responsibility.
