The treatise attempts to present, in a completely objective manner based on publicly accessible sources, the penetration of our military strength by today's financial economy in preparation for a future war - and this is to be done as much as possible on the basis of historical research. Given the variety of relevant aspects, I felt that a closer examination of details was necessary for broader understanding, more so than is typically required for a scientific paper.
